eZ Publish allows you to manage the tree of the site and its customization via the back office. You can create, modify, move, delete pages and sections.

Each page or item can be renamed, hidden (to all or a part of the Internet users through access login/password.) , copied, pasted or moved easily.

eZ Publish provides a very precise users management, even if they are visitors or contributors. The solution enables you to manage different user populations across different profiles. Only people authenticated as users will have access to the content management tool via a signature (username and password).

The site administrators can create as many users as they want and can customize their access: username, password, profile andworkspace.The profile determines the user privileges (access to a particular topic or content, writing and/or reading of such content, etc). Indeed, a user may have different rights depending on the parts of the site: it can be a contributor in a part of the site, validator in another and administrator in a third.

eZ Teamroom is an eZ Publish extension that makes teamwork simple. As a powerful collaborative tool it is designed to support teams in planning and executing their projects. Unlike most project management instruments, eZ Teamroom particularly focuses on the availability of exchanging and sharing project information at any time. By building on the experiences made from Web 2.0 in supporting communities, knowledge bases like e.g. Wiki or forums and journals, eZ Teamroomencourages team members to share and interact.

As a project management tool, eZ Teamroom allows you to plan, manage and control projects. You can easily plan and document milestones and tasks, organize schedules, calendars and events. Also each user has his own unique and personal space which only displays what he needs or is allowed to see. By allowing team members to share and discuss all types of information, the communication is optimized.

An added bonus is that by directly involving all project members in the process of planning and information exchange, eZ Teamroom helps the development of a stronger identification towards the "managed" project and as such, contributes to create a team identity.

Ce portail, coproduction entre OSEO et différentes Régions, associe tous les partenaires économiques des territoires. Il est destiné à soutenir et développer l’innovation auprès des porteurs de projet et entrepreneurs. Il propose des informations, contacts, services, et guides utiles, ainsi qu’un espace d’échange entre les acteurs de l’innovation. De nombreuses fonctionnalités ont été développées : moteurs de recherche, imports de contenu dynamiques via flux XML, annuaires, etc.Novactive a développé 3 versions spécifiques et personnalisées pour les 3 Régions partenaires.

Mon Oseo est un projet CRM mis en œuvre par OSEO. Ce site permet à tout utilisateur inscrit de paramétrer son profil une fois pour toute, afin d’avoir un accès unique (« Single-Sign On ») aux nombreux services ou extranets OSEO, administrés par différents prestataires. Mon OSEO offre plusieurs outils pour faciliter l’accès aux Services en ligne OSEO : gestion de favoris, rappel des échanges mails et contacts, abonnement / désabonnement centralisés aux Newsletters et alertes mails, etc.

Un projet majeur, porté par OSEO et la CDC, et réalisé par Novactive en 4 mois de développement. Premier du genre en France, il s’agit d’un site de mise en relation entre créateurs ou sociétés en recherche de capitaux et Investisseurs individuels ou institutionnels. Doté de nombreuses fonctionnalités de contact et d’intermédiation, en évolution constante, ce site très complexe décliné en « Communautés » et « Univers » régionaux (Ile de France, Alsace, Nord-Pas de Calais…), réuni aujourd’hui plus de 7400 investisseurs, 5000 sociétés et 2400 entrepreneurs, 2100 conseils.L’Allemagne ayant adopté ce service, le site – rebaptisé Euroquity - a bénéficié d’une refonte ergonomique et d’une gestion multilingue début 2012. La version allemande, qui a fait l’objet d’un accord international au plus haut niveau, est en cours de déploiement par Novactive.

Les sites des centres commerciaux Hammerson ont été développés en 2003 par Novactive sur la base d’une architecture commune en front et back-office (PHP/MySql).En 2010, Hammerson France a fait le choix d’eZ Publish pour la refonte de ses sites, et sélectionné Novactive pour l’accompagner sur ce grand chantier.En parallèle de cette refonte complète, notre agence met en œuvre une équipe dédiée, réalisant contenus et Webmastering réguliers, ainsi que de nombreuses opérations de développement du trafic (e-mailings, concours, SMS, etc.).

Novactive accompagne EMI dans la création de ses sites artistes depuis 2009 (entre autres, développement des sites de Renaud, Higelin, JL Aubert, Aznavour etc..). Début 2011, après une mission de conseil, Novactive s’est vue confier la refonte complète de la plateforme multi-sites sous eZ Publish (plus de 30 sites d’artistes à migrer). La solution technique eZ Publish avait notamment été choisie pour le principe multi-sites de « site-access », l’organisation de l’architecture, la capacité de personnalisation des interfaces et la facilité de maintenance globale.Lors de la migration, de nombreuses classes ont été optimisées, des fonctionnalités nouvelles implémentées, la gestion des rôles et droits a également été modernisée.L’opération de migration s’est achevée 3 mois plus tard avec la bascule chez un nouvel hébergeur, ainsi qu’une fiabilité et facilité d’affichage et maintenance des sites.Dans un second temps, EMI a souhaité accroître la contribution sur ses sites et a conçu un back-office extrêmement simplifié, avec des maquettes à l’image des interfaces de contribution de type blog. Novactive en a assuré le développement technique.

Pour coller à l’actualité du moment, le Groupe Figaro a confié à Novative leDéveloppement d’un site dédié à la Coupe du Monde de Rugby. Ce site éphémère a permis à toute la communauté de fans de Rugby de pouvoir suivre en temps réels les moments forts de cette Coupe du Monde. Créée en moins d’un mois en tant que Site Access du site Sport 24, cette réalisation démontre la capacité d’eZ Publish de créer rapidement des sites dédiés tout en supportant de très fortes charges.

Après voir réalisé le site dédié à la Coupe du Monde de Rugby 2011, le Groupe Figaroa confié à Novactive le développement du site dédié à l'Euro 2012 de football.Ce championnat européen qui se déroule en Pologne et en Ukraine, est suivi par detrès nombreux supporters sur la Toile.Réalisé en quelques semaines en tant que "site access" du site Sport 24, le siteEuro 2012 valide concrètement le concept multisite d’eZ Publish.
