2. Q.A Policy

HANSUN ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. is a company that is highly specialized in various valves and fittings within the development, production, and service by placing customer satisfaction as the first priority through complete quality management system in domestic and international clients. To enhance our continuous development, our internal quality management system has been set and will be conducted consistently.

1) Through our complete quality management system and its whole process, the requirement ofISO9001 would be satisfied, and via setting and performing the goal of the quality, the systemwould be continuously improved in its effectiveness and its efficacy.

2) With continuous search on our customers’ needs and by implicating the details to the qualitymanagement system, we endeavor the customers’ continuous satisfaction.

3) To endeavor our customers’ trust via our quality management system, we achieve the qualitystability by preventing the defects in all of the designing, producing, and providing the services.

3. Q.A. Organization

The top management, having the overall responsibilities for the function and activities of the company, makes important decisions related to the quality of products. However, the responsibility relevant to quality is delegated to the quality management manager by the top manager.

The quality management manager has the authority to : - Identify quality problems - Initiate corrective actions - Verify implementation of such actions - Confirm solutions

The manager of the quality management is responsible for developing the inspection and test program for the finished products and for the arrangement of test procedures.

The chiefs of the design departments are responsible for checking all relevant standards, drawings, specifications and facts relating to the quality level.

4. Q.A. Program

1. HANSUN Quality Management Manual outlines the basic quality assurance program and the managementcommitment to the system. It lists series of standards that are utilized to ensure the HANSUN’s reliabilityand quality as a manufacturer of highest quality products. The QA program is implemented and applied inaccordance with following requirements and provisions.

a) This program meets the requirements of ISO 9001b) The QA program is applied to all of HANSUN’s products such as S-LOK fittings, JIS BITE fittings, DIN fit

tings, and VALVES, etc. The application of this program shall give effect. The comprehensive qualityassurance measures in the function areas of customer service, design control, procurement, vendorcontrol, incoming materials control, document control processes, assembly, inspection and testingactivities.

2. HANSUN’s QA program meets the requirement of most authoritative ISO 9001. The certificate of registrationwas issued by DNV in 2005.

3. The program provides the means to make sure that the activities affecting quality are documented andaccomplished in accordance with approved instructions, procedures or drawings. The QA program isdocumented in the following manner :

a) Quality management Manual describes the function and application of the QA program.

- Controlled copies will be forward to each department manager and each section chief related to this program, and to customers upon the award of the order(s). - Controlled copies will be kept up-to-date by transmittal of changes and revision arising from actual performance of the order(s). - Uncontrolled copies will be provided to customers in the negotiation stage of the order(s) - QA manual consists of 2 versions: Korean and the English one is the translation thereof.

b) HANSUN ENGINEERING SATANDARD, HANSUN’s own standard, includes the procedures related to QAprogram, and is identified as following table.
