Page Structure: Links
In this format, information is stacked in a list of links that

or to an outside website.
*SPECIAL NOTE:Information stored on outside
websites (such as Vendor catalogs) cannot be integrated
into the search parameters.

Page of Note: Revisions Page
Previously, this page was a long HTML document utilizing bookmark
navigation. Users had to scroll through each
Revision Memo to see what it was about.
In this new form, brief descriptions can be added
to the Revision links to help give a quick overview of each document and save
users from needless browsing.

STC/SPA for the Future
Responding to suggestions that Purchasing Agreements were not widely used because of
their lack of visibility, it is planned that the STC and SPA lists will be combined on a single page
for ease of browsing.
An example of how the listing might look is below.

State Purchasing Agreements
The layout of the SPA portion of the website is
based on the same structure as the STC
pages.
Since there may be multiple SPAs for a
particular commodity – references to similar
products can be added here.

Final Notes• Expired Contracts and SPA agreements
will be placed in an Archive section that will still be accessible by the public.
• Conditional pages will be available for Contracts that require special language, forms, or documents. (RFQs, Optional Usage, Etc.)
• Frequently Asked Question pages will be added at various points to provide users a quick reference guide to the STC/SPA website and specific Contract pages as needed.
