Principal’s State of the School Address (SOSA) March 21, 2014 Atisan Elem. School Gym Atisan, San Pablo City Progress Report SY 2009-2010 A pleasant afternoon to everyone. I humbly make my progress report for the School Year 2009- 2010 today to sustain our transparency and effective advocacy in my administration being the school Manager . 1. STUDENT’S DEVELOPMENT 1. Eloisa Joie Katigbak, Coleen Aaron Buenaventura and Maybelle Aguila were District and Division Read-a-thon team champion in Grade 3 category. They represent the division in the regional read-a-thon in Antipolo City. I would like to commend Mrs. Liza D. Katigbak, their adviser for a job well done. 2.Identfied 90 Severely wasted and wasted nutritional status of pupils and successfully improve them. I ‘d like to credit this achievement to Mrs. Annaliza C. Gesmundo , Mrs. Ruby P. Dela Pena, Miss Ligaya Opulencia and all the implementing teachers of the Intensified School Feeding Program (ISFP). These addressed the problems on tardiness and absences and minimize drop-outs for the past year. 3. Raised the NAT 6 Performance of the school from 89.04% to 89.77%. This made the current ranking of the school 1 st place in the Division as far as School MPS is concern. I would like to congratulate Mrs. Annaliza C. Gesmundo and the teachers of Grade 6 Batch 2014 in raising the MPS of the school. In spite of these achievements in terms of our performance, we should always sustain all our programs and interventions to reach the top. Thus, I would like to challenge our dear pupils to increase your contact time in studying to obtain greater performance in academic aspects Your Principal in partnership with the SGC in cooperation with your teachers

A pleasant afternoon to everyone.

I humbly make my progress report for the School Year 2009-2010 today to sustain our transparency and effective advocacy in my administration being the school Manager .

1. STUDENT’S DEVELOPMENT

1. Eloisa Joie Katigbak, Coleen Aaron Buenaventura and Maybelle Aguila were District and Division Read-a-thon team champion in Grade 3 category. Thus, I would like to challenge our dear pupils to increase your contact time in studying to obtain greater performance in academic aspects Your Principal in partnership with the SGC in cooperation with your teachers have initiated local INITIATIVES TO improve your learning outcomes and your teachers have done their part in implementing these interventions for your improved academic performance and welfare. Please sustain bringing the good name of our school- the Atisan elementary School. Thank you for all your support in all our programs/projects implementation.I would like to recognize your efforts and time under the able leadership of Kenneth Katigbak.- the SPG President.

2. STAFF DEVELOPMENT 2.1 WE successfully conducted Cluster-School Based INSETS to enhance teachers’ competence. We sent

qualified teachers in all subjects areas to seminar /workshop and other relevant trainings in all levels. (Division and Region). I’d like to give the credit to the INSET Coordinator for developing our Teachers to be competent, Mrs. Segunda K. Obana who effectively implemented the Cluster-School-Based INSET Plans.

2.2 we increased the number of ICT literate teachers which is in dire need of the knowledge of computer education as manifested in the NCBTS/TSNA Results. I’d like to credit this achievement to Mr. Jason

S. Dimaisip- the ICT Mentor for coaching interested mentors of AES to become computer literate for effective ICT instruction..

3. MANAGEMENT

Thank you , my partners in the School-Based management - the SGC, for the time, efforts extended that manifests the genuine service for the betterment of the AES especially for your concern to the welfare and discipline of our pupils and for providing linkages for our school. I would like to request the SGC to be acknowledged. Please stand……Thank you !

3.1. BRIGADA ESKWELA IMPLEMENTATION. I would like to thank all the parents and other volunteers both internal and external stakeholders for the efforts, money and time spent for the accomplishment of the school. I would like to credit this achievement to the SGC officers and the PTA officers for spearheading Brigada Eskwela activities productively and significantly for the past three (3) years. Kudos to each and everyone

Finally, allow me to extend my grateful appreciation and thanks to all the members of my family the AES Community for your commitment and dedication. You all contributed of making what AES now. The School that we must be proud off And lets sustain the LOVE, the CARE, PEACE and Unity that we gladly enjoyed as one big family.

May God Bless us all and will bestow the graces that we want. REJOICE! BECAUSE WE ARE ALL PART OF OUR SUCCESS. WE ALRAEDY ESTABLISHED CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE PAST THREE (3) YEARS OF OUR SBM PRACTICES.
