$27 million project to redevelop and repurpose Southridge Mall with new retail, courtyard, and façade.
Southridge DMACC opened in 2013 in former JC Penney’s space. Student enrollment is high for numerous programs and credit courses.
Additional investment is planned through retail pad sites and interior renovations that will welcome more retail spaces.
