Downtown Hanlon Project• 4 stories, 69 high-quality apartments built

over approximately 8,000 square feet of small-format, retail space.

• Repurposing the old City Hall building and the 6,000 SF 1926 police station as a brewpub or other gathering place for the Canby community.

• Socially responsible real estate--Collaborative: “We bring community stakeholders into the fold.”

• Canby Utility sold to Hanlon. Plans to break ground on a new 16,500-square-foot headquarters at SE 3rd Avenue and S. Pine.

• Urban Renewal Agency will contribute $1.3 million — $700,000 in cash, plus a waiver of $611,000 in system development charges.

• The estimate for new parking spaces is 44 including 35 on-site and 9 newly created from closing the drives on 2nd avenue.
