It i s suggested t h a t t h e School p rope r ty be t r a n s f e r r e d t o t h e S t a t e Publ ic Works Department. Publ ic Works could l e a s e i t t o t h e C i ty f o r $ 1 a yea r f o r t h e two o r t h r e e yea r s r equ i r ed .
