T h e last s tep toward the complet ion of the l ibrary was begun dur ing the Chr i s tmas recess, when student life u t te r ly deser ted the inst i tut ion.
Mr. Guinan was confident, that condi t ions being favorable, the work of moving books into the l ibrary will begin at the end of two months . Dr. A. R. The l ibrary when completed will not be used as a study hall. Dr. Brubacher said earlier. It will be used as a reference and reading room, he maintained.

T h e y have gone through the discomfiture of working in an inadequate space. These s tudent- have even appeared before legislative finance committees to state their case for the need ol a library.
