Our 10 Year Work Plan Proposes to Bring $2,659,500,960 into our Region.
Also we are currently working on a new Loop Prioritization process as well as the Mobility Fund Prioritization.
This could bring additional dollars to the region.

Widen I-485 from existing 4 lanes to 6 lanes with auxiliary lanes between Johnston Road and NC 51. 6.6 Miles
Current Let Date is scheduled for FY 2014. With an Anticipated Cost of $70 Million.

I-4733
Reconstruction of Catawba Ave. interchange with I-77. Originally proposed as new interchange at a cost of $35 million. Has a federal earmark of $5 million.
Looking at the use of a Diverging Diamond design which will reduce cost to $6 million and will use the existing bridge.
Monroe Bypass
The Monroe Bypass; this will be a Design Build contract administered by the Turnpike Authority.
