Strategic Innovation Leadership Workshop11 – 12 June 2012 • Amwaj Rotana, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai, UAE

Workshop Introduction: This workshop will focus on developing the strategic innovation capability for your organisation and provide you with the knowledge, skills and tools you need to become an innovative company. It will bring together highly experienced innovation professionals who will delve deep into the key issues and barriers that prevent your ability to be innovative as an organisation, and enable you to generate more value for the business, your stakeholders and the community.

This workshop builds on the success of the 3rd Annual Abu Dhabi Innovation Forum, and has been developed with industry professionals to go deep into addressing the major challenges to innovation you are facing or are likely to face.

It will also provide a highly focused and interactive environment in which you can jointly develop a highly detailed implementation framework with your peers, which will include an action plan, applicable models and solutions to the challenges faced at each phase of the implementation rollout. These will be collated into a workshop report which will include all presentations, recommendations and discussion summaries that you can take back to boost your organisation’s innovation journey right away.
