• Collecting Unemployment Insurance
• Exhausted UI within the last 2 years
• Received a layoff notice
• Displaced homemakers (divorced, widowed, separated)
• Formerly self-employed
• Separated from the Armed Forces

Program Benefits:
• Awards are a fixed dollar amount that vary from quarter to quarter.
• The award for Fall Quarter will be $750 for full-time students. Part time students will be prorated.
• Awards beyond the first quarter are made on a case-by-case basis and require that applicants first apply for all other possible funding sources.
