quire a special appropriation, but only the diversion, for two or threemonths, of a portion of the $14,000 a month at present available forroads in Honolulu district. or go upon any promises where plumbing work is being done atall reasonable hours to ascertain if the provisions of this Ordinance havobeen or aro being complied with.
