Step 1: Windows: Start Menu → All Programs → STAR CBT → Preferences Mac: Applications → STAR CBT → Preferences.app
Step 2: Select the LCS tab → Check Enable LCSStep 3: Type in LCS IP addressStep 4: Set the LCS Port Number to 8100 → Apply

Step 1: LCS Manager → LCS Port Configuration tab → IP AddressStep 2: Web browser → URL: http://LCS IP Address Here:8100

Troubleshooting
• Check to make sure the LCS is running via the LCS Manager.
• Try accessing the LCS Monitoring Tool from a workstation running the testing software.
• Try taking a practice test through the LCS and see if it is reflected in the LCS Monitoring Tool
• Make sure that no one is testing through the LCS before stopping it, then restart the LCS and run through the above steps again.
