Working in partnership with Inclusion Housing, Eden Futures brings to the sector six spacious single-person apartments and two bungalows in Stafford. The service is primarily for adults with learning disabilities, Autism and/or mental health support needs including those with a forensic or offending background. The service will provide a safe, secure environment, with our highly skilled staff supporting service users to live as independently as possible. Accommodation There are 3 ground floor apartments and 3 first floor apartments in the development, all of which have spacious living areas. Five of the apartments have open plan living areas and the sixth apartment has a closed plan layout. Each bungalow has its own front door, kitchen-diner, bedroom, bathroom and individual utility supplies. Stanway Court, Stafford Community Supported Living Service The staff hub is located in a separate building on site to enable us to provide 24/7 support that includes a waking-night as an integral part of the service. Assisitive technology will also be available in the form of a pit and pager system and door alarms. Secure parking is available to the front of the property.

Working in partnership with Inclusion Housing, Eden Futures brings to the sector six spacious single-person apartments and two bungalows in Stafford.

The service is primarily for adults with learning disabilities, Autism and/or mental health support needs including those with a forensic or offending background. Accommodation

Single-person apartments and bungalows

Each one-bedroomed, self contained apartment has a good sized living area including a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath.

One bungalow has an open plan kitchen and living space, with separate bedroom and bathroom and the other bungalow has a separate kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartments/bungalows are unfurnished, however all white goods are supplied.

Location

The new service is situated in Stafford, the county town of Staffordshire, 21 miles from Telford and 32 miles from Birmingham city centre.

It is located only a mile from Stafford town centre which has a large variety of shops and leisure activities. As well as regular train and bus services to Manchester, Birmingham, Lichfield, Cannock and Wolverhampton.

Furthermore, the service is situated close to Stafford's award winning Victoria Park located on the banks of the River Sow. The park offers a wide range of recreational activities such as a bowling green and sensory garden as well as offering a place to enjoy riverside walks.
