    -Request a Determination of Status for Non-medical Human Subjects Research Protocol; or, submit a Non-medical

    Human Subjects Protocol on or by 15 May in Spring quarter of the first year.

    -Complete three or six department review courses by end spring quarter with a minimum letter grade of 'B+' by the end

    os Spring quarter int he first year.

    -Confirm Faculty Advisor on or by 15 May in Spring quarter of the first year.
