Standing Press

Make precise items by the measurements given on particular 2D drawings. The measurements

are given in millimeters, and the measurements in inches are given in brakes (1 inch = 25, 4 mm).

Do not forget to chamfer the edges on items 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 11. This way, you will avoid

injuries that can happen while working with its very sharp edges. This should become a rule when

you work with metal items, which are made by cutting, milling or turning.

The Bearing Cover (item 11) has to be tempered in order to harden it. Besides that, this item has

to be made out of the quality steel of a high hardness.

Assemblage Instructions

1. Weld the U Profile 80 x 45mm Cut Lenght 500,00mm (item 2) to the U Profile 80 x 45mm CutLenght 295,00mm (items 1).

2. Weld the Top Plate (item 6) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

3. Weld the Side Plate (item 5) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

4. Weld the Top Plate (item 6) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

5. Weld the Shell (item 7) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

6. Weld the Leg Holder (items 3) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

7. Set the Legs (items 4) to the subassembly made in the previous step.

8. Set the Handle (item 9) to the Threaded Axle (item 8) and screw them to the subassembly made inthe previous step.

9. Fasten the Bearing (item 10) and the Bearing Cover (item 11) to the subassembly made in theprevious step with Slotted Set Screws M6x8mm (item 12)
