  • Measurable Annual Goals should be: Statements that describe what a student with a disability can reasonably be expected to accomplish within a twelve month period Skills and/or knowledge that will be mastered, not an activity Observable-a behavior that can be seen or heard Measurable-requires an observer to do something (count, weigh, watch, etc.) in order to evaluate the students progress
