FIRST study all the Standard Plans for ideas. Circle the plans and features you like. Use the process of compromise and elimination.

SELECT A STANDARD PLAN. You can also revise a Standard Plan to better meet your requirements. If a Regular Body (RB) Sprinter isn’t long enough you may want to go to the Extended Body (EB) or the Long Body (LB).

CONSIDER ADDITIONAL OPTIONS such as an A/C, furnace, toilet, larger refrigerator, etc.

SPORTSMOBILE COST. Please see the “Pricing Your Sportsmobile” brochure.

CHOOSE FABRICS & COLORS. See our website or contact us for current samples.

NEED HELP? Contact us. An experienced Sportsmobile designer will be happy to work with you.

LAST STEP. Send a copy of your paperwork, cost sheets, etc. to us. We’ll review them for errors and add comments we feel may be helpful to you. Then we’ll return the material for your review.

READY TO ORDER? Please send a $1,000 deposit. Upon receipt, we will phone you to again review your order. Keep in mind you can change most items on your conversion order up to two weeks prior to our starting production of your Sportsmobile.

WINDOWS Windows, with screens, shown

on the plans are large awning win-dows, with screens and dark tinted. Specially designed for the Sprinter.

They can be changed or deleted for credit.

Some baths show a small window. It’s a 15” x 18” slider.

STOVE/PROPANE SySTEM May be deleted for credit. Some

plans show this deletion.

ALL THE COMFORTS of a “big” motorhome without the expense, restrictions and stress of driving one. Lots of Sportsmobile owners are former “big” motorhome owners.

ExPLORING THE BACk ROADS? One reason many Sportsmobile owners chose a Sportsmobile is that sometimes they want to explore the back roads and trails. No Sportsmobile parts are installed lower than the rear axle.

WINTER TRAvEL AND CAMPING The water tank and lines are inside the Sportsmobile to help prevent freezing, not under the van where they can quickly freeze. Anti-freeze can be added to the holding tanks under the van. Sportsmobiles are very well insulated throughout.

Showers can be stalls or combo models with toilet and sink.

TV Flat screen TV’s with HD, LCD,

DVD and CD are available. They can be mounted to a

cabinet or a swing-out swivel arm for viewing from the front or rear.

PLENTy OF STORAGE “We had more storage than

we thought we would,” is a comment we often hear.

Over the years, we’ve become very proficient in optimizing the space in a Sportsmobile.

Miscellaneous Items Such as drink holders, assist

handles, bungee cords for cargo, etc., can be added when you take delivery. These are no-charge items.

MOTORHOME INSURANCE Motorhome insurance or RV insurance rates are often much less than car rates. Not all insurance companies offer RV insurance, but the ones that do can save you money, plus better advise you on coverage. If the Sportsmobile will be your only vehicle, this may not apply.

FINANCING is available for up to 15 years with 15% down with approved credit. Finance interest may be deducted as a second home. See your tax advisor. The 10% luxury tax does not apply to motor homes.

The Combo Bath with Sink can locate behind driver’s seat. Or all way to the rear on the driver’s side. Or delete it for other furnishings. Swivels for Cockpit Captain’s Seats are (O).

Dinette “L” makes two twin beds. The walk space makes bed use more convenient. For overall bed length move pillows back.

Twin beds can slide together for one large bed. This will leave narrow shelves on each side. indicates Porta Potti can stow here.

Each Dinette side can be a different length for his and her beds. When single beds are made up, there will be a walk space.

This plan includes a separate bath sink. Or delete it and add a small sink in the shower (O). The Combo Bath can be 33” long (shown), 36” or 39”.

The table can be any size. It can mount on a tripod, flush floor socket or slide board. If on tripod or slide board, it can be used anywhere.

Front Gaucho can be any length for up front seating or make into a bed with the extension cushion with folding legs (O).

Dinettes can be off-set. All Sportsmobil seats have steel frames and seat belts. The Dinette and Gaucho back cushions are removable.

The built in Marine Toilet (O) can be located in various locations. Third and fourth Captain’s seats are options. These Captain seats recline, swivel and have fore and aft adjustments. Built-in shoulder belts are included.

Bi-fold doors, accordian doors or curtains can provide privacy.

Short rear dinette converts into a single bed, A tri-fold pallet bed is also available for the Captain’s Seats.

The Marine Toilet can be located in the rear with a larger holding tank under the van’s floor (O). The spare tire will then relocate to van’s rear.

Cab Divider Curtains (O) can be included for quick privacy. A form fitted Windshield Curtain is standard.

Baths and any furnishings can be deleted for credit.

Table can mount on a fold-up tripod base making it easy to move around or use outside. Note: all tables should be stowed when traveling.

The front of this plan is like our popular RB-50 — plus a large rear “garage.”

There are lots of possibilities for a Platform bed. The space below the bed can be open or subdivided with compartments. Windows above bed can be added.

Couch swings out for two semi-single beds with Ottomans. For one big bed use the center cushion. The Ottomans are not for use during travel.

Storage Cabinet C can be made removable. Stove and Propane system can be deleted for credit on any floor plan.

You are welcome to revise our standard plans to better meet your needs. Or “Design Your Own” plan. There is no cost penalty.

The rear compartment can be made whatever size you may require. An inside access door can be included.

Use the rear space for Dinettes, Gaucho, Sofa,. Couch, Bunk Beds or a Platform bed. Folding Bunks (O) are shown this plan.
