All users of this equipment must be trained and have a record of current certification to use this equipment. Violations are subject to disciplinary action and termination of equipment use privileges

Follow all safety instructions provided in equipment manual

Equipment shield doors must be in place when spindle is in motion

All work pieces must be securely fastened prior to starting spindle rotation

Recommended feed rates and cutting depth must be observed

Tools must be removed from collets upon completion of machine use
