1. Background The Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council (DWSSC), as one of the youngest bodies in the skilling

ecosystem of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), has acquired

extraordinary significance on account of its huge coverage and the class of people it serves. As per the

National Policy on Domestic Workers being drafted by the Ministry of Labour and Employment

(MoLE), the number of domestic workers is more than 20 million in the country, 90% being women,

mostly from illiterate, extremely poor and marginalized, with large numbers being pushed out of their

native places, even trafficked and exploited.

4. Training Partner Registration

Important Note

This is not a mandatory condition to register as DWSSC partner for any schemes. It is advised to

directly skip to point 4.2 in case you have not asked for TP registration certificate by any Govt/Non

Govt Agency.

4.1 Training Partner Registration on DWSSC Platform:

I. Please note that the Registration awarded to a Training Partner does not make it auto eligible for any scheme targets.

II. The information you feed in the TP Registration Form should be complete and correct in all respect. Post the submission of the Form, it will be reviewed by DWSSC Team. You will be given time to complete the deficiencies in the Form, if any. Please note that the payment made by you will NOT be refunded.

III. Please ensure that you have uninterrupted Internet connection while you are filling this online application.

IV. You will need to upload certain documents as proof of the data provided, the documents you are uploading should be self-attested. Please ensure that the soft copies of the following documents are readily available with you:

Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration of your organization

Proof of annual turnover of your organization in the form of a Chartered Accountant certificate, for the last 3 years if incorporated in the year 2015 or before, for the last 2 years if incorporated in 2016, for the last 1 year if incorporated in 2017. This is not mandatory for organizations incorporated in the year 2018.

Permanent Account Number (PAN) of your organization

Address proof of your Head/ Registered office (Incorporation Certificate/ Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/ Service Tax Registration)

I. You will need to make the payment of INR 10,000 after the successful submission of the Training Provider Registration Form. Please find below the bank details:

The training partner will need to comply with the guidelines of DWSSC to get

itself register on the DWSSC platform through the said process:

a. Click on the link below to fill the required information of your organization.

Training Partner Registration Form

b. Once your Application has been submitted successfully, an email with your filled application form will be sent on your registered email ID.

c. Process the Training Partner Registration fee of 10,000 rupees and kindly forward the receipt of mail to affiliations@dwsscindia.in with the transaction details of your registration fee in the below format.

d. DWSSC will evaluate the submitted documents and conduct the due diligence of the training partners.

e. Based on the due diligence report generated from the above-mentioned step, DWSSC will register the qualified training partners.

f. DWSSC Issues Registration Certificate

On Successful due diligence of training partner, DWSSC will issue Registration Certificate

in the below format.

4.2. Creation of Training Centre and Accreditation on Skill India Portal

As per the guidelines from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and National Skill development Corporation (NSDC), Accreditation and Affiliation of a Training Centre running under any Scheme should be done through Skill India Process.
