standard control units 2u datasheet
TRANSCRIPT
The Standard Control Unit (SCU) provides detailed information and alarms regardingthe condition and status of the telecom site's power plant. If maintenance and sitevisits related to the power plant are based upon this information, they can beoptimized to save both time and money, especially if the site is located remotely.
The SCU is a hot pluggable unit optimal for use in both embedded or stand-aloneapplications. It provides remote monitoring, configuration, status information andcontrol of the DC power plant's voltage, current and alarm levels.
Designed for global use, the SCU withstands high telecom standards, and providesgreat reliability and availability.
In order to obtain detailed and extensive monitoring and control of auxiliaryequipment on site, the power plant can be upgraded from a SCU to a ACU by meansof a simple swap of the hot pluggable SCU and ACU units.
