Stand up pouches provide an excellent way to merchandise a number of different products, and Flair has a wide variety of options to fit your needs. Flair provides nearly unlimited custom engineering and/or custom printing capabilities for stand up pouches, while also offering multiple size and color options as part of our extensive stock program. The bottom gusset provides support and additional capacity, and Flair offers multiple bottom gusset options depending on the size of the pouch and the product weight. Printed, window, and clear pouches can be constructed from either standard or high barrier films depending on the protection needed for your product. Die cut handles and reclosable zippers make the packaging convenient for consumers, and one-way degassing valves can also be applied to keep products fresh where appropriate. The valve has also become popular for packaging unpasteurized products such as krauts or kimchi that continue to produce gas after packaging, preventing pressure build up and packaging leaks.

Flair has trained field service technicians who are available to assist with optimizing your packaging line and troubleshooting equipment. Flair also offers value added services for custom applications, including rotogravure printing and technical analysis using our state-of-the-art lab equipment.
