CLM stainless steel lint traps are the mostworry-free solution available for your lintcontrol needs. The Consolidated “LT” dry typecollector includes its own fire protectionsystem and dedicated air tank for lintblowdown. These features help to conserveair pressure in all lines throughout your plant.
Currently used across the nation inapplications ranging from denim processingand linen supply to institutional and industrialuse, every feature incorporated into ourequipment reflects our many years ofexperience designing and building industrial dryers.
Consolidated’s “LT” lint traps are fabricated specifically to mount directly ontoany CLM dryer in existence (see sizing chart). Unlike other lint filters, they arebuilt for easy, simplified maintenance and increased efficiency.
Because the lint traps mount directly onto the dryer, lint bag cleaning and filtermaintenance can be accomplished while remaining in the drying department,
without the need for ladders or roof access. When necessary, they arecapable of being modified for remote-mounting, upon request.
All models come complete with air reservoir tank and allcontrols for easy installation and decreased burden on plantcompressed-air supply. At the end of each drying cycle, thelint screen is automatically blown down using the air stored in the standard reservoir and lint automatically falls into thebag below.
For greater efficiency and improved operation, the models interface directly with the Micro-Command III,
PLC Touchscreen control, thereby eliminating the need for timers or relays.
