sweepablefrom100Hzto8kHz(centerpositionisat800Hz)withafixedbandwidthof0.7octaves,andthehighbandisfixedat12kHz.6. Mod – Determinestheamountofbuilt-inmodulationeffectappliedtothechannel.Themodulationeffectissimilartovocaldoubling,butworks

equallywellonacousticguitarorkeyboards.IfasecondL3torL3misconnectedviaL6LINK,modulationwillautomaticallybeheardinstereo.7. Verb – Determinestheamountofbuilt-inhallreverbappliedtothechannel.ThereverbistakenfromtheStageScapeM20ddigitalmixer,andis

optimizedforlivesoundreinforcement.IfasecondL3tisconnectedviaL6LINK,reverbwillautomaticallybeheardinstereo.8. Feedback Suppression – Feedback suppression works by continuously analyzing the audio signal, identifying frequencies that have the

characteristicsof feedback (steady frequencieswith fewovertones, rising in amplitude), and thenapplying anarrownotchfilter to remove theoffendingfrequency.Upto12independentfeedbackfrequenciescanberemovedwiththeL3t’sFeedbackSuppression.

PresstheOnbuttontoenableordisableFeedbackSuppression.EachtimetheFeedbackSuppressionisturnedoff,allfiltersarereset.WhenFeedbackSuppressionisturnedbackon,analysisbeginsagainandiffeedbackisdetectedagain,thefiltersareturnedbackon.

Thefeedbackanalyzercanbesettooneofthreemodes,dependingonhowaggressivelytheanalysiswillseekoutpotentialfeedbackfrequencies.Pressand hold the On button to select between aggressive (red), medium (amber), or mild (green).

9. Acoustic Modeling –Mostacousticguitarsutilizeapiezopickupthatcapturesstringvibrationsbuttypicallydoesnotconveytheguitar’sbodyresonance aswell as amicrophone in front of a guitarwould.TheAcousticModeling feature of theL3t is based onLine 6’sVariaxAcoustictechnology,inwhichaphysicalmodelofanacousticguitar’snaturalbodyresonanceisappliedtothepiezosignaltosimulatethesoundofamic’edacousticguitarinthestudio.TheAcousticModelingfeatureisavailableforChannel1.

13. Loop Thru Output – ThisoutputduplicatesthesignalreceivedattheLineinputjack.14. Mix Out Output – This output sends a mix of all three channels (Channel 1, Channel 2, and back panel inputs)15. SuSPending the L3t / L3mThe L3t and L3m provide four threaded M10 attachment points forsuspension andone threadedM10 attachment point for pull-back andaiming the speaker. These are designed to allow for suspending the loudspeaker only by a qualified professional familiar with safe riggingpractices. Improper installation may result in damage to the speaker or support structure, or injury or death.

WARNING! If you are unfamiliar with suspending loudspeakers, con-sultanauthorized,qualifiedprofessionalpriortoinstallation.

WARNING! Before rigging or suspending any loudspeaker product, in-spect all rigging hardware, cabinets, attachment points, transducers, and associatedperipherals.Anyabsent,warped,ornon-loadratedequipmentcould seriously compromise the strength of the installation and should be immediately corrected.

Always use two attachment points on either the topor bottomof theL3t/L3m.Therearpanelpull-backattachmentpoint isonly for aiming thespeakerdownwards;itisnottobeusedasaload-bearingsuspensionpoint.Furthermore,suspensionpointsareforhangingthespeakeronly;do not suspend additional speakers or other items from suspension points.
