The QUATTRO Fold & Roll is the proven solution for a growing list of customers who require a stage which is fast and easy to erect and store.
In fact it only takes one person to operate the QUATTRO Fold & Roll.
The complete unit is simply wheeled along on its easy glide castor
wheels into position, the wheels are locked and the stage deck is
lowered. The gas-struts make lowering and raising the deck a smooth
operation. Select Concepts’ unique Australian design eliminates pinch
points, heavy lifting and the need for more than one person to operate
the QUATTRO Fold & Roll. Each Fold & Roll podium may be used

The PILOT Portable Staging System is closely based on the QUATTRO Portable Stage design.
PILOT provides a versatile and economical choice for a Portable
Staging Solution. Select Concepts manufacture PILOT Stage Systems
in-house which enables us to customise if required, making it an
attractive alternative and viable Stage Solution for all performance and
event requirements.
PILOT Stage Systems are manufactured with a slightly different
Aluminium extrusion framework to fit 18mm Structural Radiata Ply
insert which is still compatible with the range of QUATTRO Accessories.
The standard PILOT design features a Black Timber Stain podium finish

The MELBA Fold & Roll Choir Riser is a popular addition to our range of Portable Stage Systems and is an ingenious solution for an efficiently simple mobile tiered Choir Riser sought after by Theatrical, Musical, Hospitality Event and Educational industries.
Maximising on the proven design strength of our QUATTRO Fold & Roll,
the MELBA Fold & Roll is simply wheeled along on its easy glide Castor
Wheels into the desired position; the Wheels are locked; the Riser Decks
are lowered easily with Gas Struts into the horizontal position; safety
Hand Rails are stored securely on the rear of the MELBA unit and when
the stage is in use they attach simply to the Aluminium edges of the

Select Concepts have modified the excellent design elements of our hugely successful portable Staging Systems and created viable versatile alternatives in both QUATTRO and PILOT with Tiered Stage, Choir Riser and Seating configurations – an impressive multi-level floor system to suit elevated seating, performance and choral options.
The modular podium system adapts easily from a single level to multi
levels by changing the leg lengths in the corner castings. The unique
connector joins each level securely and leg clamps secure the multiple
levels to each other. The entire Tiered Stage System is free standing
and may be adapted to fit unusual wall shapes, around pillars, and stair
ways – we will design an impressive demountable tiered system to suit
your architectural building configuration.

Select Concepts manufactures and designs all Permanent and Portable Stage System Accessories so assembly is simple and efficient.
ASSEMBLY
1. Legs are to be inserted into the Corner Casting Brackets on the underside of each Podium – the Podiums will need to be upside down to do this. Secure the Legs by hand-tightening the Wing Bolt, then turn the Podium over to
be the right way up, standing on its feet. Position the first Podium into the exact position you want the finished Stage to be, starting from one corner and working out.
As the stage Podiums are placed in position lock the Podiums together with the Klemm-Fix Connectors.
Insert the connectors fully on the outside until flush and then lock tight - when inserting for interlocking Podium runs, leave the Connectors protruding by approx. 15-20mm and lock tight. This will then lock the next 2 X joining
Podiums when they are put into place.
**TIP - when inserting the Klemm-Fix Connector, ensure it is the right way up (it has ‘TOP’ on one side), and with the Hand Tool already engaged into the screw head, use the Hand Tool to push the Connector into place.**

When all Podiums are in place, add any extra required accessories such as Modular Steps, Step Handrails, Safety Hand Rails, Valance Curtains etc.
The QUATTRO Modular steps work in 200mm increments – join the steps together and lock the wing nuts tight. The Steps are secured to the Podium via the Accessory Rail
(Extrusion Rail)– slide the ‘T’ Bolt into the Accessory slot, slide Steps to the required position and tighten the Plastic Wheel.
To install Hand Rails on Steps, remove Plastic Wheel entirely from T Bolt thread and remove corresponding Plastic Wheel from lower vertical leg of Step - the Step is now removed off the thread from the T Bolt at the top and the Hand Rail slides down into position. Then re-position the Rail and Step over the thread of the T Bolt, and re-secure with the Plastic Wheel.
The Podium Hand Rails are also secured by the Accessory Rail – loosen the Plastic Wheels securing the T Bolts and slide them into the Rails – position and tighten accordingly.
Dismantling
*** To dismantle the Stage - load all Podiums and Accessories onto the Storage Trolley Kit-
1. Add a Storage Trolley Kit Wheel to each corner of one Stage Podium Corner Casting and tighten Wing Nuts
2. Turn Podium over so the wheels are on the ground.
3. Stack up to 20 Podiums upside down on bottom podium with each set of legs stored in the podiums recessed interior.
4. Add Storage Trolley Kit Handle to bottom Podium by sliding the T Bolt into the Extrusion and tighten Plastic Wheel
