Congratulations to the Varsity Field Hockey Team
for their 4-1 victory over Cosby last night in the Regional Quarter finals. Goals were scored by Lia Constantine, Emily Kresho, Maddy McCoy, and Kenly Belman with
assists by Constantine, Rachel Riley, Brooke Harmon, and Erin Corey.
Great win, ladies.

Black History MonthIf you are interested in presenting at the
Black History Month Showcase in February please see Mrs. Stone in Room S109B by November 21st. ALL Stafford students are welcome to perform or showcase an item
or talent that honors African American heritage and contribution.

the salad lunch line.)
Summer Residential Governor's Program (SRGS)
All gifted students in 10th and 11th grade can apply for this summer experience. Programs are located at various
college campuses throughout Virginia. There are three programs: Performing Arts, Academic, and Mentorships. Please use GAP Focus Fusion files or link to SRGS site for
more information. Please stop by and see Mrs. Purnell in Room E 102 for
more information as well.** IMPORTANT SRGS DATES TO REMEMBER:1. Performing Arts Adjudication is November 17, at Mt View HS2. All applications are due January 9th, 2015
