Sohar University recognizes its responsibility to enhance both Academic

the University.

Staff Development seeks to provide Sohar University’s Staff with

opportunities for professional growth. Supporting the realization of

individual potential is essential in achieving shared excellence.

The Department of Human Resources & Organizational Development,

through the Staff Development Program, offers a variety of workshops to

enhance both the professional and personal development of SU faculty

and staff. These workshops are divided into the following development

areas. Please read the learning opportunities in each category to identify

which program(s) will help you to maximize your professional growth.
