Knead approx. two strips of glitter gold FIMO effect until it is soft and then roll to a ball. Next, press the ball flat and place it on the work surface. Then use the acrylic roller to roll it out to a sheet until it is nice and even and approx. 4mm thick.

Leave the tags to cool thoroughly and put a little water into a flat bowl. Dip the coarsest sponge into the water and use it to sand the hardened FIMO items. Repeat the procedure using the medium and then the finest sponge until the motifs are nice and smooth. Leave everything to dry properly.

Place the Christmas cutter on top and cut the motif out as accurately as possible. Use the straw to cut out a hole for the hanger and remove any excess FIMO. Create more motifs in the same way. Then, place the work surface complete with the cut-out motifs in the oven and harden for 30 minutes at 110°C.

Instructions for the glittery gift tags

Tip: Unfinished items and left-over bits of material can be stored in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container, e.g. a plastic box or jar.

The tags can now be written or drawn on using the Lumocolor permanent. Finally, add a pretty tie to attach the finished gift tags to the presents.
