What The Role Involves: Assisting with the planning of Safer
Internet Day. Primary 7 transition days. Drop-in sessions to support
teachers and other students with ICT problems.

Expressive Arts Christmas trip to
‘Shrek The Musical’ Edinburgh Playhouse on Thursday 21st December.
The bus will leave the school at 1.30pm. The total cost is £26.
*There are 10 tickets remaining for this trip.*
Now open to all students!
Spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis. PC1 forms can be
collected from the Dramsic staff base. Tickets can only be reserved by
bringing both a completed PC1 form and the deposit of £15.(or full
payment of £26)

Choir will begin on Wednesday lunchtimes after the October holiday. This year we are only going to run one choir. All welcome,

Calling all cellists! We would like to start a cello ensemble with the aim of
performing an item at the Christmas concert. If you currently have cello lessons in school, please come
to G36 at break on Tuesday 10th October for a quick meeting.

First Wave Music Project First Wave Music Project
Bleachingfields is offering a music technology course that will run on Tuesdays after school from 7pm-9pm. During the course students will be provided with an introduction to using Ableton Live software and will learn how to make and program music electronically. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Ableton and how to programme and produce your own beats using Launchpads and MIDI controllers. The course is run by an external agency and is generously being offered free of charge for Dunbar Grammar pupils. This course is perfect for those interested in DJ skills and those interested in making electronic music. All equipment is provided. This is available to both senior and junior pupils.
