Sunday Mass We are overjoyed to be able to have Holy Mass at St. Peter! Guidelines allow for 25% capacity or 150 people at each Mass. As such, like last week, we have a sign-up process. There is no obligation to attend Holy Mass this Sunday and if you are vulnerable or otherwise not feeling well, please observe the Lord’s day from home.
Below please find perimeters established by Bishop Daly:
There must be a six-foot distance between families.
Parishioners are required to wear face masks whenever they are indoors for Mass, excepting the reception of Holy Communion. A mask is not required if it cannot be worn reliably or if it aggravates breathing difficulty or another health risk.
The sign of peace is omitted.
No distribution of the Chalice.
No singing at this time.
Holy Communion: Parishioners are encouraged to receive Holy Communion on a flattened hand.
When approaching Holy Communion please keep six-foot distancing between households. This is only temporary. Thank you for your patience during this time.
Sign-up Information for Sunday Mass
Information regarding Sunday Mass sign-up is sent out via Flocknote each week and can also be found on the home page of our parish website at stpeterspokane.org. Please phone the parish office if you should have any questions or might need assistance with sign-up. Thank you.
Sunday Mass (online), offered by Bishop Daly Bishop Daly continues to offer Sunday Mass, livestreamed from the Cathedral at 9:00 a.m. In order
to participate by watching at home please go to: www.dioceseofspokane.org/mass-at-home. A link can also be found on our parish website, stpeterspokane.org.
Prayer of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if you were already there,
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen Immaculate Heart Retreat Center
Immaculate Heart Retreat Center continues to offer spiritual direction. Please see there website for more information: www.ihrc.net.

O God, who give constant increase to your Church by new offspring, grant that your servants may hold fast in their lives
to the Sacrament they have received in faith. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in
the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
When the bee has gathered the dew of heaven and the earth’s sweetest nectar from the flowers, it turns it into honey, then hastens to its hive. In the same way, the priest, having taken from the altar the Son of God (who is as the dew from heaven and the true son of Mary, flower of our humanity), gives him to you as delicious food.” - St. Francis de Sales
