RCIA stands for Rite of Chris an Ini a on of Adults. It is a program to prepare adults interested in being bap zed into the Catholic Church. It also prepares adults who have been bap zed, but have not yet made their first commun-ion or received the sacrament of confirma on.
The program consists of classes once a week star ng in September. Par cipants will learn about the Catholic faith and par cipate in various rites several mes during the program, either here at St Ma hews or at the Cathedral. Each step prepares the catechumens to receive the sacra-ments and fully par cipate as members of the Catholic Church.

RICA significa Rito de Iniciación Cris ana para Adultos. El programa de RICA prepara a los adultos interesados en la Iglesia Católica y en ser bau zados. También prepara a los adultos que han sido bau zados pero aún no ha
recibido su Primera Comunión o Confirmación.
El programa consiste en reunirnos una vez por semana, iniciaremos en las primeras semanas de Sep embre. Los par cipantes aprenderán sobre nuestra Fe Católica y par ciparan de varios ritos durante el programa. Cada paso prepara a los Catecúmenos para recibir sus sacramentos y par cipar completamente como miembros de la Iglesia Católica.

ESCUELA DE LIDERAZGO PASTORAL Es un programa de estudio básico de teología para laicos a lo largo de cuatro años con temas de Sacramentos, Sagrada Escritura, Eclesiología, Teología Fundamental, Teología Moral, Escatología, Cristología , Mariología.
