Starting Thursday, June 10th, curbing work will begin on King St., Park

Ave. and Orlando Ave. This work is expected to last approximately 3 weeks.The contractor will be Installing curbing on one side of the street at a time. All residents will be given direction on which side of the road to park.

All sprinkler heads must be clearly marked so the contractor is aware of the location prior to excavation. All trees, shrubs, flowers, bushes, and sprinkler heads that are in the Village Right-of-Way may need to be trimmed or removed by the contractor to install the new curbing. The Village will work with the contractor to the greatest extent possible to avoid conflicts in the Right-of-Way, but residents are reminded that all Rights-of-Way should always be kept clear as they are part of the public roadway system.

Con Eds gas line work really impacted Ardsley roads this past year. The good news is King Street is one of the impacted streets that is going to be repaved as a part of the 2021-22 roadwork. This is a village capital project.

EMERGENCY SPECIAL COLLECTION for INDIA this Weekend As you may know, there is immense suffering and loss of life occurring in India and Brazil due to the pandemic. The Catholic Church, through Catholic Relief Services (CRS), is on the ground in those countries working to support local hospitals and programs which are being overwhelmed and which have reached a breaking point. Given our own experience in the United States with regards to the pandemic and the important role the Church has in being able to respond to global events, we have an opportunity to assist relief efforts in India and Brazil.
