REIn our R.E lessons, we have already looked at the Last Supper which is recognised on Maundy Thursday and we have also been to the church to hear from Father Piotr.

Many Christian’s believe the act of holy communion symbolises God’s peace.

We would like to know: What does peace look like to you? Draw a picture in your home-learning book displaying your ‘peace’. Write an explanation as to why you chose this.

SpiritualReflection

Watch the clip of Peter denying that he knew Jesus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRzL1Aca4Lw

Peter was Jesus’ closest friend.

Why would he do this?

Is this the way you would treat your friend?

What do you think Jesus felt about Peter doing this?

If you had treated a friend badly, what could you then do to show you are sorry and mend your friendship again?

Reading

Read at least 5 pages of a book each day (10

pages if the pages are short).

After you have read, summarise the main points of the chapter.

English

Write a fictional diary (one entry each day) from the perspective of a tourist having just arrived in London – include the things they would do, see, hear and their feelings.

Broader Curriculum Computing

In Computing, we have been looking at music samples. We experimented using incredibox to mix together samples. Use incredibox to record a 3 minute sample to show your parents/carers.

https://www.incredibox.com/ - Please note that using the website is absolutely free. However, if you would like to download the app this would cost money.
