Arrival and Dismissal
Please remember that if you drop your child off at school before 845 am they will be checked into Before Care and charged for that service Students can only be dropped off at 845 am until 900 am at the downstairs parking lot Please only drop students if there is facshyulty on duty to assist them into the buildshying There is no parking in the lot in front of the building in the mornings due to busses arriving Parents are welcome to park by the church and escort their chilshydren into the building and join us for morning prayers Afternoon dismissal has been going well for the first week of school Now that we have Kindergarten and PreK in the building there are more cars to squeeze into the parking lot Please continue to pull up as far as possishyble so each row of cars can hold more cars We ask that you promptly gather your children and enter your car quickly so we can dismiss at the earliest moment so we dont hold up the car rider line Thank you for your assistance and attenshytion to these procedures
Hot Lunch and Milk Program
We need volunteers to help with this very important program for our stushydents Our lunch shift occurs daily from I I 30 am-I 30 pm If you are in complishyance with the Protecting Gods Children Program we could use your help in the cafeteria You also get to help the chilshydren and see them interact with their

Scantron Standardized Testing Testing will begin during the week of Sepshytember 12 2016 This is very important to our students and our school The great news is that we are in the top 17 of the nation with our test scores from spring testing If 5MB can reach 15 nationally we can be eligible to apply to be a Blue Ribbon School This is where we need parents help If you have a child in grades 2 through 8 please talk individually with your children and encourage them to take their time on the test take the test serishyously and to do their very best We also need children to get plenty of rest eat a good protein breakfast and be present on their days of testing

Our fall soccer games are at on Wednesday 28th Students will at 200 Students need to be picked
by 500 Students playing soccer may wear their uniforms to school on
will need at least 4 coaches two for grades 1-3 one for grades 4-5 and one for grades 6-8 We will also need 4 referees and 8 line judges Ifyou have any experience with soccer WE NEED YOU Lines people need not be experienced the ball is either in or out Our students wont be able to play if we dont have enough volunteers

Our fall soccer games are at on Wednesday 28th Students will at 200 Students need to be picked
by 500 Students playing soccer may wear their uniforms to school on

Our fall soccer games are at on Wednesday 28th Students will at 200 Students need to be picked
by 500 Students playing soccer may wear their uniforms to school on

Our fall soccer games are at on Wednesday 28th Students will at 200 Students need to be picked
by 500 Students playing soccer may wear their uniforms to school on

stand together for our beliefs and values as children of the One True God and His Son Jesus Christ
Come join the womens prayer group and the Ignite Youth Group for a movie night on Friday September 9 at 7 pm in the St Marys School Hall to see the
movie Gods Not Dead 2 The Middle School Youth Group Ignite will be holding concessions as a fundraiser for their upcoming events
but the movie is FREE Where else can you go for awesome entertainment at such a reasonable
price Hope to see you all there
