We have government run schools in our area – there are Church schools in many of the missions, but this is beyond our means at present – but these government run schools have few if any books. We would love to be in a position to provide such educational material. Any assistance we get goes towards the material and spiritual care of our people. The only criteria are the level of need of the person or family seeking assistance. COME HOLY SPIRIT. The Church will celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost on the 15th May. In anticipation of this the parish has invited Fr. Mossie will seek to address such issues as: What does it mean to talk of the Spirit today? How do I know it’s the HOLY SPIRIT I am listening to and not my own spirit?

The talks will take place on Tuesdays the 3rd and 10th May after the 10.30 Mass

We are in this life to choose who we wish to be.

Nobody else lives your life for you – you must do that yourself.

Nobody is going to save you, you do not need saving.

Nobody has your dreams but you.

Trust your intuition to find what you really want;

Nobody will be as sorry as you if you don’t.

Hold on to your dreams – go out and make them happen.
