Keep praying for our young people to discern God's calling, and for the courage to pursue the formation to consecrated life and priesthood. Our families give example and encouragement for simple sacrifices, and inspire great ones.

Our youth will be focused on Salvation History (God's Great Story written in the Bible) and the Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary.

As we pray for the

Duc In Altum team:

Robert Kinyon, Mark Wesolick,

Hannah Lacina, Nayeli Hernandez

Moctezuma and our children,

we give thanks for abundant love.

Prayer for rain

O God in Whom we live and have our being, thank you for the many gifts that are ours through your creation.

Please grant us, Heavenly Father, rain in due abundance.

Most days we forget, looking up into the clear, blue sky, what a marvel even the least drop of rain really is.

Heavenly Father, we place our trust in You.

We are sure that You know our needs but You want us to ask You, to show You that we realize our dependence on You.

Look on our dry hills and fields, dear God, and bless them with the living blessing of soft rain to saturate our land and hard rain to fill our rivers and dames.

Then the land will rejoice, and the rivers will sing Your praises, and the hearts of men will be made glad. Amen.

St Isadore, Patron Saint of farmers….Pray for us St. Eulalia, Patron Saint to end drought...Pray for us

Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, Feast Day July 14th.

Saint Kateri lived in central NY state and Montreal QC

(1656-1680). She is a patron saint of the environment,

ecology, people who care for nature, people in exile,

people who are grieving the death of parents, and

Native American people. On her Tuesday feast day

this week, let us join in this prayer written by one of the

Mohawk Nation: Dear Cousin Kateri Tekakwitha, Flower of the Algonquins and

Lily of the Mohawks: The Great Spirit, our Creator, chose you among all the

Native Americans to be His messenger of love and service to His people. You

were subjected to all sorts of ridicule - being called "the Christian", "the

Algonquin" - by your people, the Mohawks. Yet you persevered in your undying

love of Jesus and Mary above all else. Lead us to this perfection of love and

sacrifice as you did in an environment much like today's world of self-

centeredness, greed and the idolatry of the material. You lived Jesus' message

of "Love God with your whole heart and your whole soul, and love your neighbor

as yourself". Please be our guide towards a saintly life of love and dedication to

others. When we are about to give up our spirit, please help us to cross over into

that happy hunting ground to share our Creator's reward that you now cherish

with Jesus, Mary and our Great Spirit. Cousin Tekakwitha, please watch over,

protect and guide us as we attempt to walk in your moccasins. Amen.

Please pray for the sick and suffering: Brad Maskcovich, Tillie Salzsieder,

Mona Huck, Shirley Gross, Cory Baier, Shirley Weiseler, Lou Abbott, Doris Powell, Virginia DeVille, David Lowenstein, Tom Garrity, Carl Mathews, Harvey, Kristen and Andrew Randall, Zay Norman, Frank Fransen, Lynette Singleton, Peggy Duffy, Susan Bennett, Mike Hawkins, Cheryl Ainslie, Cully Oothoudt, Delmer Fawcett, Mike Maskcovich, Evie Graber, Mary Novotny, Dr. Reynen, Duane Pomham, Milton Tiper, Denny Weaver, Ken Stewart, Freda Lawhon, Misty Brown, David Gross, Carl Rathbun, Mike Kelly, Steve Zaiko, Ashlynn Fitts, Heidi Shepherd, Brian Dumas, William Anderson, John Manning, Richard Brown, Pam Patton, Terry Hughes, Kathryn Schlechter, Keri Hendrickson, Heidi Alban, Yvonne Ehlers, Steeley Moore, Eva Fischer, Leanne Goff, Cassie Miller, June Wheeler, Mona Lierly, Kathy Fenwick, Lynae Benham, Theresa Severyn, Kaylee Jo Gallagher and all who ask for our special prayers.
