Dear Friends,

Over the twelve years since I came to Saint John the Baptist Parish, I have seen wonderful things happening in our school. Saint John’s School has remained committed to providing the finest education at the lowest possible tuition. As a private school we do remarkably well to keep costs down and quality up. One of the strengths of a parish school is the commitment which parents and teachers make in terms of personal involvement. Based on the people I talk with, they can say proudly: “this is our school.” Thank you for supporting Saint John’s School with your contributions and also with your prayers. Without the additional revenue which we count on from friends like you, we would not be able to carry out our mission and reach the children we do each year. May God bless you abundantly for what you can give and what you can do for Saint John’s School!

God bless you.

Rev. John MacInnis

PASTOR’S MESSAGE

PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGEJune, 2012

Dear Friends,

Each year at this time we publish our Annual Report, which recognizes the support of so many members of the St. John’s community. Without this support we would be a very different school. We deeply appreciate each and every one of the donors who have contributed in the past year. Thank you for your generosity of spirit; thank you for helping by providing financial support; and thank you to everyone who gave of themselves through volunteering this school year.

The Annual Fund helps us bridge the gap between the amount of revenue provided by tuition and fees and the total annual costs of running St. John the Baptist School. Thanks to these donations we can sustain those aspects of the program that enrich our students’ lives, and maintain our facility and grounds.

Your generosity is a reflection the St. John’s community coming together to show its support for the school. The St. John the Baptist School community continues to count our blessings as a vibrant, robust ministry of St. John the Baptist Parish. We are proud of our roots in the past, our objectives rooted in the present, and our hopeful heart turned toward our future.

I thank you all for your continued support of our mission of Catholic education. May God bless you as together we continue on our Christian journey.

With deep gratitude,

Maureen J. Kelleher
