Purgatorial Society

You are invited to a perfect way to re-member a deceased loved one by enrolling her/him as a Member of the St. Gerard Majella’s Purgatorial Society! As a member of this society, your deceased family member or friend will be remembered in a Special Mass that is celebrated each month for a year, at the 9:00 a.m . Mass in English or the 10:30 a.m. Mass in Spanish every first Sunday of the month. You will also receive a leatherette Mass Folder with a certificate and white velum envelope. Donation for the enrolled deceased family member or friend is $50.00 per year. For more information : 310-390-5034

ALL SOULS NOVENA A Novena of Masses will be offered for the souls in purgatory beginning on All Souls Day, Monday, November 2nd. To include your dearly departed loved ones in these Masses, obtain a specially marked all souls envelope (which you will find at the exit and entrance of the church.) and return it either in the collection basket on Sun-day or drop it in the mail slot at the rectory office door. Another way to remember your loved ones is to enroll them as members of ‘Saint Gerard Majella’s Purgatorial Society’.

Una Novena de misas será ofrecida para las almas del purgatorio empezando el Lunes, 2 de Noviembre. Sociedad del Purgatorio Usted está invitado a una manera perfecta de recordar a un ser querido fallecido inscribiendo a él / ella como un miembro de la Sociedad del Purgatorio de San Gerardo de Majella! Como miembro de esta sociedad, su familiar o amigo fallecido serán recordados en una misa especial que se celebra cada mes durante un año: el primer domingo de cada mes a las 9:00 am. en Inglés y las 10:30 am en español.
