Seminarian Frank Fagundes has been assigned to St. Antho-ny’s Parish for June and July. This is an excellent opportunity to come to know parish life as he discerns his call to the priest-hood. What a blessing for our community. Frank entered the

In September, Frank will continue his studies for the priesthood for the Diocese of Fall River at St. John’s Seminary in Brighton. Introducing our first ever Summer Vaca-tion Bible School! A Summer kids’ event
called Shipwrecked VBS will be hosted here at St. Anthony’s on Monday, July 23rd to Fri-day, July 27th. Shipwrecked is for kids from entering into Gr. 1 to Gr. 5 and will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day. At Ship-wrecked, kids discover that Jesus rescues them! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out Scien-cy-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all Summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with the Sail Away Sendoff that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. More information, including regis-tration, will be available shortly. We are in need of volunteers for this week of fun. If you are interested in helping out for our VBS, please contact Jonathan Galo for more information. High School students are also en-couraged to volunteer! Registration for our 2018-2019 Faith For-mation Program Year will also begin shortly. More information, including registration forms and schedules will be mailed out soon. If you are new to the Faith Formation Program, please feel free to reach out to Jonathan Galo for more information.
