BAZAAR NEWS! Please stop in St. Francis Gathering Place today after Mass and sign up to help with the different opportunities for our Fall Bazaar. Our Fall Bazaar is our largest fundraiser every year. Helping with the bazaar is a great way to become more active in our parish community and to meet new people. We need over 300 volunteers to help make it a success. Also in great demand are the yard signs – grab one today, stick it in your yard and advertise the Bazaar! Thank you! “GENESIS TO JESUS” BY SCOTT HAHN Join us on Wednesday evenings, from 6:30-7:30 PM, beginning September 11-November 20 for a 12 lesson video Bible study. It will help us learn the basic Catholic principles for reading Scripture and to survey the broad outlines of the books of the Bible and their place in the story of salvation. Stop by the table in St. Francis Gathering Place today after Mass to learn more and sign up! Pre-registration is encouraged for materials.

We welcome all law enforcement personnel regardless of their religious affiliation, from local police and sheriff’s departments, the state patrol and other agencies who serve the public. A light reception and time of fellowship will follow Mass. A Blue Mass honors all those serving in public safety, and is named as such because of the color blue that has historically been worn by these men and women in service. It is being held close to the time of the Feast of the Archangels because St. Michael, one of the Archangels, is the Patron Saint of police officers. All are welcome!
