Calling All Parishioners — GOD NEEDS YOUR HELP ! So you think you have nothing to give? Oh my, think again. Our Director of Education, Barb Hoppel is on the look out
for solid Catholic parishioners to be Catechists and helpers for kindergarten –12th grade. In this crazy world, we
need people who are willing and ready to share their love of God and active faith
with our youth. Be part of God’s gift to these kids. Your energy and enthusiasm
can make such a difference in a young life; and the truth is you will get back
much more than you give! Everything is so easy! The program is in place,
materials and theme, everything is mapped out for you. We are in serious need
of your help for the 6-9th graders especially. This is a super opportunity, to
serve the Lord. Why not grab your spouse, your Catholic friends, your older kids and volunteer today. Old, young, it
doesn’t matter. You can change the world! This maybe just the thing to renew your own fervor; and remember Jesus
said: “ YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD “ Matt 5:14
Don’t hide your light! Help set those young and impressionable hearts aflame.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU SAID,
“Why doesn’t somebody DO SOMETHING?” Maybe
it’s time YOU were that somebody???
Folks at St Anthony! We know you’re compassionate, we know you love kids, we
know that YOU could make a huge difference in the life of a child? A child right
here—right now! A child that will most likely grow up to become your neighbor or
friend, or acquaintance of your own loved ones.
Yellowstone Court Appointed Special Advocates are trained
volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected
children in the court system. A CASA volunteer donates 5 to 15 hours a
month, meeting with those who know about a child's circumstances. You
report directly to the judge for the duration of the child's case
(generally an 18-24 month commitment). You will advocate for a safe,
permanent home for these children. Training begins October 2, 2012 , lasts
three weeks with meetings Tuesday &Thursday evenings & Sat. am.
If you would like further information about Yellowstone CASA or about
becoming a volunteer and making a difference in the life of an
abused child in your community, contact: Carrie Merkel, Volunteer Coordinator
