and Sandusky St. entrances.
Friends, I announced last Sunday that my new appointment will be in Felicity, Ohio. Felicity is in south-central Ohio in south-eastern Clermont County about 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. It is a small church in the heart of the village with
a parsonage. The congregation is very active in the community and I’m looking forward to joining them in their service. It is also near my family which is a great blessing. Thanks for your prayers during this time of transition. Debbie Kaylor

Prayer Shawl Outreach
The Prayer Shawl Ministry of St Andrew’s has agreed to reach out with Christ’s love in a new way. They are going to provide prayer shawls to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department. There are a few times each year that the Sheriff’s Department is required to notify someone of the death of a family member and these shawls will be taken as one way the deputies can offer comfort. St Andrew’s is blessed to have such skilled craftspeople that are willing to be so generous.
Childcare provider needed for infants and toddlers for Sunday mornings 8:45am – 12:30pm and some evening events. $10.00/hr. Must be at least 18 years old and enjoy
working with children. Please call the church office at 419-422-4845 or email to [email protected] for an application.
CHILDCARE AT ST. ANDREW’S
It is difficult to find words to express how much I appreciate all the "gifts" you have sent my
way. The cards, notes, well wishes, flowers, calls, visits, and prayers are precious expressions of your caring, loving hearts. How blessed I am to be part of the amazing St. Andrew's family!
Thank you. Cheryle Huther
JOIN US FOR LUNCH AT CITY BBQ-AGAIN!
SUNDAY, May 4th
The 2014 ASP Team invites you to join us again for lunch on Sunday, May 4th at City BBQ. Bring the flyer from The Messenger to turn in that day with your receipt, and our ASP Team will receive 20% of everything that is spent. Thank you for your continued generous support of our City BBQ fundraisers!!!
The Trustees will present a motion to sell the 15440 Bent Tree parsonage. This will not affect Debbie Kaylor, as it will be marketed after she moves. Since we will only have one United Methodist clergy, we will only need one parson-age. A question and answer sheet will be distributed in the next couple weeks to aid your decision making. All members are eligible to vote. Jack Volkmer is Chair of the Trustees, [email protected].
