The organisers of International Conference on Smart Systems and Technologies (SST2017) have decided to add a PhD seminar to the conference. The abstract should contain the most important in-formation about the paper, excluding symbols and citations other than normal text. Keywords: Electrostatic force, Computational electromagnet-ics, Numerical integration. INSTRUCTIONS These instructions are written using the Microsoft Word 2003. Other later or earlier versions of the Microsoft Word can also be used while preparing the manuscript. This file could be used as a template for preparation of the paper. The length of the manuscript should not exceed 4 two-column pages of A4 format for participating PhD students and 6-8 two-column pages for invited speakers. The page setup is as follows: top margin 2.5cm, bottom margin 2.5cm, left margin 2cm and right margin 1.5cm. Please, do not number the pages. The header and the footer should be 1cm each. The contact information of the authors should be written in the footer of the first page. PAPER ATTRIBUTES FONT AND STYLES It is recommended to use Times New Roman font. Abstract: The present sample contains instructions for prepa-ration of the papers for the 10th International PhD seminar on Computational electromagnetics and bioeffects of electromagnetic fields - CEMBEF 2017, which will be held in Osijek, Croatia, October 18, 2017. First A. Author should include biography at the end of the paper. The first paragraph may contain a place and/or date of birth (list place, then date). Then, the author’s educational background should be listed. The degrees should be given with the type of degree, field of research, institution, city, state or country, and the year the degree has been earned. The author’s major field of study should be lower-cased.

The second paragraph should use the pronoun of the person (he or she) and not the author’s last name. It should list work experience, including summer and fellowship jobs. The paragraph should end with the list of current and previous fields of research.
