This form is free to download online NBI Clearance Postal ID School ID Company ID Birth certificate Baptismal certificate Barangay Clearance Philhealth ID card Steps in Getting the SSS ID Submit the application form at the SSS branch near you for your assessment and verification together with your valid ID or supporting documents (if you don’t have any ID) Have your fingerprints and signature taken. Then your acknowledgement slip will be given to you by the employee when you’re finished. You’re done. Just wait for your SSS Id card delivered to you at your home address. BPI Easy Saver Requirements Requirements for BPI easy saver savings account 2 valid IDs Billing statement (to verify your billing address) 2 copies of 2×2 photos P250.00 (P200 initial deposit and P50 for ATM card) 1. Go to the nearest BPI branch in your area. Tell the banker that you’re going to open a BPI easy saver account. 2. Fill up the application form and submit all necessary requirements advised by the bank teller. Make sure to double check all the information. 3. BPI Easy Saver RequirementsRequirements for BPI easy saver savings account

1. Go to the nearest BPI branch in your area. Tell the banker that you’re going to open a BPI easy saver account.

2. Fill up the application form and submit all necessary requirements advised by the bank teller. Make sure to double check all the information.

3. The bank teller will process your BPI easy saver application. Once done, they will give you your BPI easy saver ATM card.

4. Change the PIN of your BPI easy saver ATM and you’re done! You have now your BPI easy saver account. The P200.00 initial deposit will not immediately reflect on your balance. You can check that later on.

Fees of BPI easy saver account

P5.00 fee every ATM withdraw from your account

P100.00 fee for every over the counter withdrawal in BPI branch

P11.00 or P12.00 fees when withdrawing to non-BPI ATM machines (same as other banks/ATM)

Can I widthdraw the P200.00 initial deposit?Yes. When the initial balance is already reflecting on your account, you can widthraw them and your account will remain active.

Can I enrolll BPI easy saver account to BPI online banking?Yes. You can follow the steps here.

Will my money earn interest in BPI easy saver account?Yes. The required daily balance to earn interest is P1000 and the interest rate is 0.250% per annum.

Can I use BPI easy saver ATM card when shopping?Yes. It works like a normal ATM card/debit card that can be used for accredited stores.
