When a mortgage is involved, Buyers and those refinancing are very sensitive to the rate. Even if the borrower had a much higher rate in years past, they will look at the once in a lifetime rate in the high twos or low threes as the benchmark (the rate they need to be at in order to do something). While this may be unrealistic, this is the mentality and it freezes those who otherwise could and should enter the marketplace. Instead of looking at 4% for the phenomenally low rate that it is, would-be buyers waiver failing to realize that rates may inevitably continue to creep up. Buyers need to act now! With offices in Weston Town Center and Las Olas to better serve all of Broward’s ultra-luxury real estate market.
