WELCOMEOn behalf of SRP, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the 16th SRP Europe Conference, which will be held from February 5 to 7, 2019 in London, UK. This event is the premier global forum for structured products, how they are created and distributed, what the product trends are and the regulation to navigate.

As Brexit lurches closer towards reality, the structured products industry is confronted by enormous change, not just in regulation, but also in technology as well with macroeconomic challenges. To cope with these challenges, we will provide an open discussion of how best to adapt and face the future.

At this year’s event, we’re opening a debate that is close to our hearts. We are asking our industry to be at the forefront of the finance, a mission that includes an open discussion on how we can empower women in structured products.

Starting with an insight into the workings of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Disruption in the world of investment, you will be informed of the benefits of AI and the approaches that different banks are taking to this innovative technology.

The event will also showcase analytical research from SRP’s Global and European data, highlighting the successes of the last year, as well the latest trends in structured products.

During the two-day event, we will also showcase and listen to the leading lights of the structured products, who will cover the latest developments in indexing and technology, as well as the intelligence you need about the different distribution channels, and the challenges they face.

On the final day of the conference, we’re giving our stakeholders the opportunity to listen to the Top 5 ideas in our industry, and to listen to the views and ideas from professionals based outside Europe. We will end the conference with a derivatives strategists’ panel, where experts will present their risks as well as the positions they are taking in the coming months.

We’re building the biggest gathering in the structured product industry because everyone loves structured products, even those that don’t know they do yet!

Best regards

Tiago FernandesManaging Director | SRP
