We (SES) provide service from pre-planning stages of engineering & commercial advice
to clients regarding cost effective approach, scheduling, tendering and budgeting up till
final delivery.
We are Consultants for integrated Engineering solutions from concept to commissioning
for delivering cost effective and environment friendly solutions for core engineering and
processes. Our professionals deliver engineering services including feasibility
assessment, conceptual engineering, detailed design, procurement assistance, on-site
services including commissioning and effective project management.
Our team includes Engineers from across all disciplines like – Civil (includes foundation,
structural, architecture), Mechanical (includes process, piping, HVAC, firefighting and
water system), Electrical and Instrumentation. All discipline heads have more than 25
years of experience. Further, all of them have experience in projects - energy, power
sectors, steel, oil & gas and chemical industries – across the globe.

2.1 COMPANY HISTORY
SES started out as a sole proprietary firm on August 1, 2014 with Mr. Prabhakar
Yellapragada as its owner. Mr Prabhakar, having more than 25 years’ experience in
various multi-national companies across the globe has put in his heart and soul for the
progress of the company which has break evened in its first year of commencement. Mr.
A K Sasindran and Mr. TVVS Murty who also have more than 25 years’ experience joined
forces with Mr. Prabhakar to consolidate the base of the company. With a dedicated team

and hard work, it has achieved break even within a year. The growth of the company is
stupendous.
The company was converted into a private limited company and got registered on
September 23, 2015 under the Companies Act 2013.

3.1 LEADERSHIP
In SES, being a board of director means taking ownership of the company. It involves
taking the responsibility for all the decisions and outcomes. Our board of Directors share
a deep commitment to our clients, employees and the company.

Usha Y - Chairman and Managing Director
Usha Y is one of the founding directors of the company. She brings her experience to her
role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SES. She was elected by the board of
directors as the Chairman and Managing Director in 2015.
Dynamic, and purpose-driven she is the driving force of the company. Her leadership
qualities motivates the employees and results in bringing innovative ideas that helps in
the growth of the company.
She has completed her graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University, one of the
prestigious universities in India. She was ex-employee in a nationalized bank of India.
Prabhakar Y - Executive Director, Business Development
Prabhakar Y is the founder of Sribhavya Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an executive
director of business development, he is focused on marketing strategies and involved in
expanding the service portfolio of the company. For the past two years, he has been
travelling across the globe promoting the company and planning strategies for the
growth of the organization.
He has 25+ years of experience in the Thermal Power with varied experiences including
Operations & Maintenance, Design, and Project Management across the globe. Prior to
starting this company, he was employed by Samsung C&T, as a General Manager I&C
department. He was also involved with other companies like Hyundai Engineering
Company (HEC), Punj Lloyd Engineering (PLE), NLC India Ltd, Hindustan Fluoro
Carbons (HFL).
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration along with post graduate degree
in Technology. He is the rank holder in the university in post-graduation. He is the
member of Institute of Engineers. He is a certified ISO 50001:2011 Lead Energy Auditor
and a certified Chartered Engineer.

TVVS Murty - Executive Director, Technical
T V V S Murty is one the Founding Director of the company. He forms the base of the
technical division of the company. He is responsible for leading the company in making
technical decisions for various projects. With overs 30+ years of experience in Power
(Thermal and Nuclear), Industrial Plants Electrical Systems Design and Consulting,
Project Management globally, he brings about the new approach in troubleshooting and
resolving technical issues.
Prior to joining SES, he has worked across big multinational companies like IVRCL, Abir
Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Punj Lloyd Engineering (PLE), Tata Consultant Engineers (TCE).
He holds First Class Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Engineering (Power Systems) and
also PG DIPLOMA in (OFFICE SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT).
AK Sasindran - Executive Director, Project Management
AK Sasindran is Executive cum Founding Director of the Company. He is involved in
Skill development targeted at both Fresh Grads/Post-Grads and Professional Engineers.
He takes care of the Project Management and imparts his vide experience to the project
team to help adhere to schedules and ensure smooth running of the project.
He has over 24 years in Power( Thermal and Solar) , Process, Industrial Plant Design and
Consulting.
He was invited to join POWERGEN India & Central Asia Advisory board in 2011. He was
included in a highly privileged panel of Experts for assessment of the Transitional
Powergen Technologies towards Cleaner Electricity for India (2013). He was empanelled
by ICFI (www.icfi.com) for review of various Power Project Proposals/Contracts both
for domestic and overseas projects (2014); In Jan 2016, he was empanelled by them as
Technology Expert for a Central Electricity Authority (CEA) project.
He holds a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional
Engineering College, Calicut (Currently one of the National Institutes of Technologies).
He has attended a number of management development programs. He is also a Certified
Six Sigma Greenbelt by KPMG.
K Venkataram - Independent Director, CEO of Shri Vaishnavi Logistics Solutions
K Venkataram is one of the founding directors of the company. He is an independent
director and is the Founder, CEO of Shri Vaishnavi Logistics Solutions (SVLS). For the

past decade, he was focused on SVLS business, nurturing and growing the firm which
is now a well known firm with an annual turnover of 2 to 3 Million USD. He was
awarded the Best C.E.O in S.M.E category at the Asia Supply Chain Forum conference
held in Taiwan in 2014.
He has 25+ years of experience in Logistics. Prior to starting his own firm, he was
employed with a number of multinational companies like CEAT, ONIDA, Future
Group. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Materials
Management.
Divya - Executive Director, Admin and HR
Divya is the youngest Founding Director of the company. She holds Bachelor’s degree
in Electrical Engineering. Her entrepreneurship ideas is one of the driving forces of the
company. Being young she brings about fresh ideas for expansion.
She looks after the Administration department and also the HR department. She is also
actively involved in Project Management.
Harika - Independent Director
M V P Harika is the Founding Director of the company. She is an independent director.
She holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance. She is hardworking
and confident personality. Her experience in the field of finance helps the company look
at the financial aspects of the company in an efficient manner.

4.1 SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Our professionals deliver engineering services which include conceptual engineering,
assessment, detail engineering design and commissioning.
To provide hassle free implementation of projects, we as a team, follow best practices
adhering to schedule and ensure smooth execution of the projects with the best quality
standards.

The following are gist of our Services:
4.1.1 FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND DETAILED PROJECT REPORTS
We carryout feasibility studies for conceptual projects and for additional facilities in the
existing projects with specific recommendations. The detailed project reports (DPR) with
the evaluation of various technology options will also be provided. The following
activities are performed.
The market factors, financial factors and technical factors will be analysed in detail
and reported as feasibility study to make project decisions on scope.
Based on the feasibility study reports, the detailed project report will be prepared
considering the availability of various technologies, selected process and flow
charts, general layout, volume of work, project execution time lines , project
influencing factors like socio-environmental conditions, project cost projections,
and risk assessment and mitigation plans within the project scope. Projected draw-
down of funds also form part of the report. If the assignment so demands, we can
also carry out revenue projections in specific cases.
A combined feasibility study cum detailed project reports will be provided as per
client’s requirement.

4.1.2 PRE BID ENGINERING
We do the proposal engineering and provide detail documentation as a part of a bid for

sending out clarifications required; this activity is to ensure that the client does not

The company supplies manpower and supports for conducting the performance test
audit of equipment like pumps, compressors, fans, heat exchangers; sub systems and the

Our company has BEE certified Energy auditors and ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management
Systems Lead Auditors. The ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management Systems standard is a
proven framework for industrial facilities, commercial facilities or entire organizations to
manage energy - including all aspects of energy procurement and use. We support
organizations to obtain ISO 50001 certification.
Our company conducts energy audits and suggest the options for the efficient operation
of any industry. If required to invest for energy efficiency project, the DPR with return
on investment will be provided.
4.1.10 REHABILITATION STUDIES FOR SICK INDUSTRIES

SES has a perfect combination of experienced engineers and young talented engineers of
various departments. The company has engineers of various departments having
experience in various sectors that includes Power (Coal based, CCPP, Solar, etc.), Oil &
Gas, Steel, other industries. We have experienced engineers in various departments

5.2.2 OFFICE SPACE
Our office is centrally located in the heart of Hyderabad City (one of the fastest growing
Information Technology hub of India) that can be reached by a 30 min drive from the
International airport (with direct flights to US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore). We
also have our branch office in Mumbai (the financial capital of India).
We have a fully furnished work space for about two dozen engineers and half a dozen
CAD operators and support staff with conference rooms. We also have recently acquired
reserve work space to accommodate an additional two dozen engineers.

7.1 ARIES POWER SYSTEMS (I) PVT. LTD.
Aries Power Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd (APSIPL) is established in May, 2009 with an objective
of serving Power Industry in the areas of Design, Supply, Erection and Commissioning
of the power plant.
Aries takes up complete system engineering, supply of equipment, sourcing of
equipment from India and China with criteria of best quality and least cost as per
customer’s need.
Apart from supply of power equipment, Aries is having in house resources for providing
engineering services to power plant developer’s right from concept to commissioning.
Aries Power Systems has definitive agreements with SINOMACH group through its
subsidiaries like China National Automotive Industry Corporation (CNAICO), China
Ocean Aviation Group Incorporation (COAGI) and China Machinery Engineering
Corporation (CMEC).
SINOMACH group is actively involved in Indian Power Industry from 2006 and
executed several projects which are executed or under execution. Aries Power Systems is
