About UsSPV Global is an overseas property agency for Chinese investors in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan. We provide a gateway for overseas property developers and private equity real estate professionals to market their real estate projects to affluent Chinese investors.
Our name SPV is short for “special purpose vehicle”, a business entity commonly used to acquire commercial real estate properties in the private equity real estate world.
We are a team of real estate specialists with extensive years of experiences in real estate and financial industries in Asia, Europe, United States and Australia. We specialise in high-income producing, buy-to-let investment properties in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and other major emerging & mature property markets. Every year, we regularly attend all major property exhibitions in Europe, the United States and Australia which keeps us up to date with the latest real estate market trends and keeps us aware of many of the best investment properties for our investors. Working in partnership with many established property developers and private equity real estate investment companies, we are confident to provide pre-launch and exclusive property projects to our investors. We perform thorough due diligence on all property projects that we receive from developers and pick only the best.
SPV Global is a full member of AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals). AIPP is a not-for-profit organisation promoting the highest standards of professionalism in the international property industry.

Clara is a Director of SPV Global who handles all property projects and research materials for the company.
Clara was previously the Co-Founder and visionary of ArisingLand, an online international property portal targeting Chinese investors. Clara has started her career in real estate after university graduation in Hong Kong and began in retail property leasing as a broker covering high-end street shops and shopping malls in Hong Kong. She had later switched to the property developer role covering retail and commercial property lease management. She had travelled to different countries in Southeast Asia, China, United States and Japan to see the famous shopping malls in her lease management career. Clara had spent two years in the Middle East in Dubai and Abu Dhabi after five years experiences in lease management in Hong Kong. She had worked for a Gulf-based property developer handling investment properties serving the Chinese and Asians, had involved in several real estate trade shows including the industrial famous CityScape and MIPIM and had travelled to Qatar and Bahrain during her stay in Middle East.
Clara had started building ArisingLand from scratch when she returned to Hong Kong and had successfully raised seed funding for the business from like-minded real estate investment professionals.
Self-driven by the visions of the startup company, Clara executes corporate and business strategies, provides leadership and guidance to the team, strives for the best benefits for the company, protects corporate & shareholders’ interests, and exercises the best due diligence procedures and cost control. Clara also exercises strategic planning from scratch in different areas surrounding the business and operational activities.
Having attributed by experiences in different roles, travelled in different geographic locations and communicated with different professionals in the industry, Clara is now a generalist in real estate. From employee to entrepreneur, from local property to international property, from broker to developer, from developer to property portal, from lease management to investment, Clara has been in the industry for over 10 years.

Oliver is a Director and Co-Founder of SPV Global. With 15 years of experience in the design and development industry his key responsibilities for SPV include the design of the company branding and marketing collateral for both printed and digital material. Oliver’s other key responsibilities include the management of the company website, digital marketing strategies and social media channels.
Oliver is also the creator of Property852.com, a Hong Kong based property portal. His involvement with Property 852 has provided invaluable insight into the real estate market. Being a British national, Oliver has a thorough understanding of the UK and its property system.
Alex is the Sales & Marketing Director of SPV Global, leading a team of property sales people and distribution partners. He possesses more than ten years sales & marketing experiences in the Chinese local market for consumption and corporation businesses. For the past couple of years, Alex had been involved in the sales and marketing of Asian real estate projects targeting local Hong Kong and Chinese individual investors and families. Alex has vast experience in sales training and management, one to one project selling and property seminars. Alex has extensive knowledge of the local Chinese investment behaviour.
