Controls maintenanceDear colleagues, Please find for information the list of activities that BE-CO and IT-CS will do on April 2-3-4.The impact of these activities shall be limited (but better to check inside your facilities). The only perturbation which is foreseen is the perturbation on the video of PS and SPS on April 2nd at 14:00 Moreover, as a reminder during the disconnection test on March 27th, from 10:30 to 13:00, it will be impossible to communicate between IMPACT system and the access system (meaning IMPACT requests modified or approved during this time slot will not be deployed on the access system). With best regardsK. Foraz

Please remember the following!!

• All services must remain on until the 27th March 2013!!!!!!!

• Only works that do not require access and do not affect the operational mode of the SPS will be allowed to be scheduled before the 27th March 2013!

• If you are not sure then check with myself and Operations first!!!!
