4. PROVIDE RATED SEALANT FOR ALL PENETRATIONS THROUGH WALLS, CEILINGSAND ROOFS. PROVIDE FIRE STOP SEALANT AROUND ALL PENETRATIONS THROUGHFIRE RATED WALLS, SO AS TO MAINTAIN FIRE INTEGRITY IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL ALL PLUMBING SYSTEMS IN A GOOD WORKMANSHIPMANNER. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLECODES AND AUTHORITIES.
6. 15. SLEEVES SHALL BE INSTALLED WHERE PIPING PASSES THROUGH STRUCTURE. ALLHOLES THROUGH CONCRETE SHALL BE CORE DRILLED. VERIFY LOCATION WITHARCHITECT BEFORE COMMENCING WORK.
16. ALL PIPING SHALL BE TESTED AND PROVEN TIGHT BEFORE PIPE IS CONCEALED.
17. ALL SANITARY PIPING SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH A MINIMUM SLOPE OF 1/8" PERFOOT, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE ON THE PLANS.

CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL ALL SPRINKLER SYSTEMS IN A GOOD WORKMANSHIP MANNER.

CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONNECTIONS OF MISC. EQUIPMENT FURNISHED BY OTHERSPRIOR TO INSTALLING SAME AND MAKE ALL CONNECTIONS FOR SAME.
INFORMATION OF EXISTING SERVICES WAS OBTAINED FROM SITE SURVEYS. CONTRACTORSHALL VERIFY EXACT LOCATIONS OF EXISTING SERVICES SHOWN ON DRAWINGS INCLUDINGALL OTHER WORK TO BE PERFORMED WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS PRIOR TO PRICING,FABRICATION OR ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION.
